Day Of Coordination

Day Of / Month of Coordination

Begins four weeks prior to wedding date

The month before the wedding is the most hectic time for brides-to-be, and you could use some help with all of the last minute details. If you have planned to perfection, but would like a certified wedding coordinator to take the stress away so that you can enjoy the weeks leading up to your Big Day, this is the ideal package for you.

Pre-Wedding:

Unlimited telephone and email correspondence

Two in person consultations: at the first meeting we will review details and the wedding day timeline, and at the second we will finalize all details

One walk-through of the reception site

Creation of a customized wedding day itinerary, to be distributed to the bride, groom, and pertinent vendors

Review logistics of layout, décor, table details, wedding party, seating chart, etc. and provide feedback

Review all vendor contracts and provide feedback

Confirmation of final details with vendors

Co-coordination of wedding rehearsal with officiant

Wedding Day:

Unlimited hours

Complete coordination, supervision, and direction of ceremony and reception

Oversee set-up of ceremony and reception sites and troubleshoot any problems that arise

Set-up of all wedding details (i.e., programs, menu cards, guest book, favors)

Serve as point person for all vendors

Act as bride's personal assistant/spokesperson throughout the day

Oversee and manage wedding timeline and schedule of events

Distribute vendor gratuities as directed

Collect personal items to be returned to a designated person at the end of the night

Use of bridal emergency kit

Additional in person consultations and/or vendor meetings are available at the rate of $50 per hour

$2,000 - $2,200

Price varies depending on specific needs of couple, level of coordinator involvement, and size, location, and complexity of wedding

This is the perfect package for couples who are involved in their own planning process but would like help selecting vendors, developing a theme, and handling the details. A certified wedding coordinator will be on hand to guide you and offer invaluable advice every step of the way. This package can be further customized to meet the specific needs of the couple, but general features include:

Pre-Wedding:

Unlimited telephone and email correspondence

Four in-person consultations

Assistance with researching and booking vendors

Attendance at three vendor meetings

Budget review and assistance

Ongoing coordination of vendor payments

Customized monthly checklist to alert you of upcoming tasks

Assistance with the development of seating chart and venue layout

Assistance with development and execution of wedding theme and style

Assistance with touring, selecting, and booking of ceremony and reception sites

Assistance with researching and booking all vendors

Handling of all vendor communication

Attendance at all necessary vendor meetings

Ongoing coordination of vendor payments

Customized monthly checklist to alert you of upcoming tasks

Assistance with the development of seating chart and venue layout

Assistance with development and execution of wedding theme and style

Assistance with menu selection

Assistance with placement of orders for all rental items

Wedding design, decor, and style concept development and execution

Organization of group hotel and group transportation needs for guests

Wedding day transportation scheduling for bridal party
